Tulip, a frontline operations platform co-founded by Fluid Interfaces alum Natan Linder, has closed a $120 million Series D round at a $1.3 billion valuation, with a strategic investment from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.

Tulip builds AI-native, no-code software for manufacturing and industrial environments, embedding artificial intelligence directly into frontline workflows to help operators and engineers turn real-time data into action. Designed as a flexible alternative to rigid industrial systems and paper-based processes, the platform connects people, machines, and systems across factory floors worldwide.

The new funding will support expansion of Tulip’s AI-driven product roadmap and its global footprint, alongside a strategic alliance with Mitsubishi Electric to accelerate digital transformation across manufacturing sites. In 2025, Tulip’s platform supported tens of thousands of frontline workers across more than 1,000 sites in 45 countries, reflecting growing adoption of human-centered, AI-enabled tools for industrial operations.
